Fall River Public Library offers free HOOPLA digital titles! Just register for a free Hoopla account to download free movies, music, comics, and e-books. Mobile apps available on Android and Apple.

The library is now a designated Passport Acceptance Facility. Passport forms and services are available by appointment Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
